Sklepopon.com is part of ENiS sp. z o.o., a company with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Since the early 1990s, ENiS has worked with the largest international tyre manufacturers, and today it partners with many trading companies and wholesalers in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. ENiS is part of the Point-S group, which brings together more than 1,800 service centres across Europe and sells 11 million tyres a year. To meet its customers’ expectations, ENiS opened its own online shop, www.sklepopon.com, which has been known for top-quality customer service from day one.
Besides its cooperation with the Point-S group, ENiS works with many partner car garages. To grow the business and promote its online shop, the company decided to build a system for managing and organising all partner garages operating under the sklepopon.com brand.
The platform we built for ENiS lets each garage handle information and settlements, and manage its calendar through an interactive job schedule.
Importantly, as online sales grew, customers could order tyres online for fitting at a garage of their choice and book a date for the tyre change.
With our system, all partner garages can settle transactions with sklepopon.com and keep track of incoming bookings in real time — including the customer’s car type and details of the tyres: which ones, and when the courier will deliver them.
