Overview
Every large organisation with a multi-level structure needs a secure, reliable and easy-to-use system that enables a free flow of information and data exchange. The same applies to the Catholic Church and its administrative units, which require regular internal communication. Archi+ is designed to support selected processes in the day-to-day running of a diocese. One of our key goals was that, despite its versatility, the system should be easy to use for everyone, offer a user-friendly communication platform and, above all, work well in everyday practice.

Archi+ enables comprehensive, efficient management of data both at diocese level and in individual church units such as parishes. One example is the annual survey of Sunday religious practice (dominicantes and communicantes). Each parish has its own account in the system, where it can easily enter the collected data and send it to the diocese. Each unit can also communicate with the diocese on an ongoing basis — sending documents, filling in surveys and forms, or exchanging private correspondence. The platform is secure, as every user has their own login and password.
Beyond communication and data exchange, each parish or other church unit can use its account to keep internal financial records, prepare reports for parish councils, compile statistics, maintain a calendar of events and build information databases. The system can always be extended with further features as needed.
System structure
Web platform
The web platform enables communication between units in different structures and configurations, once user accounts and permissions have been defined. Users can submit documents — for example Dominicantes / Communicantes data — and communicate with selected units in various forms, such as surveys, letters and comments. Each account can also store important data for the user’s own use, available from anywhere after logging in on any internet-connected device.
BackOffice
The BackOffice module is an internal application for units with broader permissions and structure than a single user — for example a diocese, deanery or secretariat. BackOffice is secure because it is not accessible from outside. Within the module you can create internal user accounts with different levels of access. The application can be extended with additional modules tailored to your needs, supporting management, data collection and the organisation of work within the unit — for example the mutual aid fund, insurance information or mail merge.
Module synchroniser
The module synchroniser connects the web platform with the BackOffice system. When data stored in the two separate modules needs to be shared, it can be synchronised in full or in part. BackOffice remains a closed system, but can connect to the external web platform to download or send data.
